Terms of service.

Services and Products:

Cool Springs Upholstery offers custom upholstery services and products for residential and commercial customers. All services and products provided by Cool Springs Upholstery are subject to these Terms.

Payment:

Cool Springs Upholstery requires a 75% deposit upfront for all projects, with the remaining 25% due upon pickup or prior to leaving our facility. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. A fee of 3% of the total project will apply to any payments made via credit card. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds:

We do not provide refunds for custom work. Once work has started on your project and your deposit has been received, we cannot refund your payment. If there is an issue with the work that has been completed, we reserve the opportunity to repair or replace the project at our discretion. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact match of color or texture for replacement pieces.


Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible.  Projects may only be cancelled if work has not begun. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total project will apply.

Completion Time

Completion times vary based on the scope of the project and current workload. We will provide you with an estimated completion date at the time of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in completion.

Pickup and Delivery

Once your project is complete, we will contact you to schedule pickup. If you cannot pick up your project within 10 business days of notice of completion, we reserve the right to charge storage fees or sell the project to cover our costs.

Intellectual Property:

All logos, images, designs, and other content displayed on the Cool Springs Upholstery website or social media pages are the intellectual property of Cool Springs Upholstery and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

Warranty:

Cool Springs Upholstery warrants that our services and products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date the finished product leaves our premises. If there is an issue with the work that has been completed, we reserve the opportunity to repair or replace. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, issues or damage from third party delivery services not directly controlled by Cool Springs Upholstery, or misuse of our products.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Cool Springs Upholstery be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our website, social media pages, or any related products or services.

Governing Law:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Modification:

Cool Springs Upholstery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

Termination:

Cool Springs Upholstery may terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
