Our Process
From inspiration and idea, to comfy and eye-catching, we strive to make each project as seamless and easy as possible. We love working with our customers throughout the process. Below you will find the six main steps from beginning to end that you can expect when working with us on your project.

Step 1: Request An Estimate
We are excited to work with you on your project and see how we can turn your vision into reality! The first step is to Get A Quote by filling out the form on our Get A Quote page. Please include pictures so we can be sure to provide a more accurate estimate. We will respond within two business days and provide you an estimate that includes labor, estimated amount of fabric required for the project, and timeline. Our estimates are good for 30 days.

Step 2: Select Fabric
With the details and estimate approved, it is now time to choose the right fabric. We have hundreds of options from the top providers to choose from. Our team will help you hone in on just the right one you are looking for. If already have a fabric in mind, you are welcome to bring your own. We simply ask to ensure you have the right amount needed for your project.

Step 3: Deposit and Scheduling
Now that the fabric is selected and the estimate approved, we will work together to coordinate a time to drop off your project. At that time, you can also pay the required 75% deposit so we we can schedule your project and order the fabric.

Step 4: Drop Off
When your scheduled drop off time arrives, you can bring your item(s) to our location and we can begin the work! If you are needing assistance with getting the items to us, we can help guide you to make it easy.

Step 5: Project Completion
Now its time to turn your vision into a reality! Our team will begin applying the details to ensure that your piece not only looks great, but feels great too!

Step 6: Balance & Pick Up
Once your project is complete and ready to come home, we will work with you to setup a time to pickup your piece(s). The final balance can be paid prior to or at the time of pickup. Now it’s time to take your newly refreshed project home to help brighten up and add new character to the space you have been dreaming about.
